Job Summary: We are currently seeking an experienced Project Executive to join our dynamic team. The Project Executive will play a critical role in overseeing and managing multiple JOC projects, and large, complex construction projects from inception to completion. This leadership position requires a strong background in managing a project management team, commercial construction, exceptional project management skills, and the ability to maintain client relationships while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.



Key Responsibilities:

· Project Oversight: Lead and manage multiple commercial construction projects from initiation to completion. Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and meet quality and safety standards.

 · Client Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring clear communication. Address client concerns and provide solutions to ensure client satisfaction.

· Team Leadership: Direct, Oversee, and mentor project management team and other team members to ensure efficient project delivery. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, providing guidance and support to ensure project goals are met. Facilitate clear communication across internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment.

 · Budget and Financial Management: Oversee project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking, and forecasting. Ensure financial performance aligns with company goals and manage any financial risks or issues.

 · Contract Management: Assist with reviewing and negotiating contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. Ensure all contractual obligations are met and manage any contract-related disputes.

· Quality Control: Must work closely with our QC/Operations Manager to implement and enforce quality control processes to ensure construction work meets industry standards and client expectations. Coordinate with QC/Operations Manager to ensure regular site visits and inspections are completed.

· Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, architecture, or a related field. Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., PMP, CMA, CCM) preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in commercial construction, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple JOC projects and large, complex commercial construction projects from pre-construction to completion.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to mentor and guide project managers and staff.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction methods, industry standards, and safety regulations.
  • Proficient in project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or similar platforms.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience in managing project budgets and cost controls.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
